We hope you enjoy your Floraïku fragrance journey; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the original security seal remains intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via the contact form or email with your order number and the reason for your return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Place the item in its original artisanal packaging and ensure it is securely packed in the shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to print and attach to the exterior of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our workshop inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
